Jeff started Balloonpeople in 1992 while working as a balloon twister in Sacramento-area restaurants (Chevy's, T.G.I. Friday's, Applebee's and Spaghetti Factory). In 2000, Jeff opened a second location in Grand Forks, North Dakota, while attending UND Aerospace. (It's all true: He really did have to walk through hip-deep snow, up hill both ways just to get to school before sunrise.) Today Jeff twists balloons for schools, grand openings, weddings, birthdays, festivals and corporate events from Nebraska to North Dakota.
